So once upon a time, my brother had a baby. 

 He's really a very cute baby from all the photos that I've seen.  

I'm missing out on all the baby snuggles- the funny noises and new baby smell.  

The soft silky skin to the feathery downy of his brown hairs.  

Baby Boy

I'm just wondering if I'll ever get to hold this little guy, or just watch him grow up thru pictures, and see him toddle past me when he's older;  

if I'll ever get to hear a sweet voice excitedly chatter at me... "aunt Cora" jabber, jabber, jabber.

I'm hopeful for something else to happen...

That I'll get a chubby armed hug from this cute little boy.
